Özellikle Kürtlerin son 40 yıllık mücadele yolculuğunda kilometre taşı olan,  yiğit savaşçılar ve güzide komutanlar PKK hareketi içinde ortaya çıkmış ve bu birbirinden mümtaz kahramanlar bilgi, bilinç ve eylem zaviyesinde Türksömürgeciliğinin resmî antagonizmasını yerle yeksan etmiştir.

İşte Kürt hürriyet davasının mahşerleşmesinde emeği olan bu nadide ve yiğit Kürt savaşçılarının portrelerinden biri de DELİL AYHAN (İlhan Çiftçi). İlhan Çiftçi, PKK’nin rahle-i tedrisatından,  aldığı yurtseverlik bilinci ve vatanseverlik görevini halkına karşı en üst düzeyde yerine getirmiş biridir.

Bu mahfilden hareketle, PKK hareketinin ortaya çıkardığı, yetiştirdiği ve Kürt halkının özgürlük davasına şehid olarak adadığı bu nadide özgürlük tayını hatırlamak, hatıralarını yaşatmak ve verdiği büyük emekleri karşısında sevgi ve saygıyla onu anmak hepimizin görevidir.

İLHAN ÇİFTÇİ, 1965 yılında Bingöl’ün Solhan ilçesi, Sükkan köyünde doğdu. Özel bir takım şartların etkisinden dolayı ailesi, 1970 yılında Diyarbakır şehir merkezine göç eder. İlhan, henüz altı ila yedi yaşındayken babasını kaybeder. Şehid Delil, babasının ölümüyle birlikte o küçük yaşta, ailesinin sorumluluğunu üstlenmekten geri durmamıştır.

1985 yılında İstanbul Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesini okurken; Kürt özgürlük harekâtıyla tanışır. Çok kısa bir zaman dilimi içinde Kürt özgürlük mücadelesinin çalışma badirelerinde gösterdiği, aktif ve samimi performansıyla dava arkadaşlarının gözünden ve dikkatinden kaçmayacaktı. Onun davasına karşı olan bu derin vatanseverlik aşkı ve bilinci onu 1988 yılında Avrupa’ya, oradan da Mahsum Korkmaz Akademisine yönlendirecekti. Bundan sonra kalan yaşamını ve yazgısını Kürt ve Kürdistan davasının hürriyet mefkûresine adayarak, özgürlük mücadelesini şahikaya taşıyacaktı.

1989 yılında Mahsun Korkmaz akademisinden ayrılarak, Kürt özgürlük cephesinin faaliyetleri için yeniden yurda giriş yapar. 1990-1992 yıllarında İstanbul Marmara Bölge sorumluluğu ile Amed Bölgesi sorumluluk alanlarında aktif ve başarılı bir çalışma grafiğini ortaya çıkarır.

Özellikle İstanbul’da arkadaşlarıyla birlikte yürüttüğü çalışmaları sırasında, Kürt halkının çınar bilgesi ve özgürlük aydını Apê Musa’yla; çok sıcak ve samimi ilişkiler kurar. Gerek kurduğu bu dostluktan ötürü, gerekse Apê Musa’nın, Kürt ve Kürdistan davasına yaptığı hizmetlerden dolayı anısını yaşatmak için, Amed bölgesinde yürüttüğü aktif çalışmaları sırasında, Apê Musa taburunu kurar.

Aynı şekilde 1992 yılında Amed Şeyh Said intikam birliğini kurarak; büyük serhildanların baş göstermesine vesile olacaktı. 1992 yılının Temmuz ayında, Mistan Bölgesi kırsalındayken gerilla yaşamının insan ruhu üzerinde yaratığı muhteşem atmosfer; onun gerilla yaşamında inanılmaz sanatsal ve edebi kareler oluşturacaktı.

Kürdistan’ın Özgür Tayı! Küçük dayın seni hep yüreğinde taşıyacak, davanı sahiplenecek ve sevecek!

Ayhan’ın anlattıkları beynimi ve yüreğimi zehirleyen o siyasal İslam’ı kusmama yeterli olmamıştı! Çünkü Arap ve Türk ilahiyatçı yazarların fikirleriyle inanç ve düşünce çekmecelerim dolmuştu ve bu durum beynimde acayip bir teolojik algoritma oluşturmuştu ve beynim Ayhan’ın bana anlattıklarını yabancı buluyordu, algılayamıyordu ve haliyle beynim agresifleşiyordu(!)

Benimle konuşurken iki elimin arasına tutuğum Pakistanlı bir yazarın kitabını fark edince, “Kitabınıza bakabilir miyim?” dedi. Kitabı kendisine uzattım, usulca eline aldı, sayfalarını kibarca çevirdi ve sayfaların arasında bir kâğıt yere düşünce, eğilerek sağ eliyle aldı ve okumaya başladı!

Ayhan’ın çizgili kâğıtta okuduğu şey benim Filistinlilerle ilgili yazdığım bir şiir idi(!) Gülümseyerek bana şöyle dedi: “Küçük dayı! Seni akıllı buldum, şiirinizi çok beğendim! İnanıyorum küçük dayım, bir gün Kürdistan için de güzel bir şiir yazacaktır.” demişti.
