Osman’ın bir dizi devlet uygulamalarını protesto etmek için halifenin evini ablukaya alır. Halife Osman, kendisine muhalif olan bu sosyal adaletçi Müslümanları ikna etmesi için İmam Ali’den yardım talebinde bulunur.

İmam Ali, Osman’ın kuşatma altında tutulan evine giderek ona şöyle hitap eder: “Ant olsun Allah’a ki sana ne diyeyim, ne söyleyeyim, bilemiyorum. Bir şey bilmiyorum ki sen onu bilmeyesin; bir yol yok ki sana göstermeye kalkayım da sen onu tanımayasın; sen de bizim bildiklerimizi biliyorsun. Bir şeyde, senden ileri geçmiş değiliz ki onu sana haber verelim; bir şeyi gizlice haber almış değiliz ki onu sana tebliğ edelim. Bizim gördüğümüz gibi sen de gördün; bizim duyduğumuz gibi sen de duydun; bizim sohbet ettiğimiz gibi sen de, Allah’ın salatı O’na ve soyuna olsun, Resulullah’la sohbet ettin.” (Nehc-ül Belağa, 5. Zat-ı alinizin de bildiği gibi, 1984 ile 2024 yılları arasında Türk Silahlı Güçleri ile PKK hareketi arasında yaşanan bu korkunç savaşta toplamda taraflar arasında hayatını kaybedenlerin sayısı yüz bini aşmış durumdadır. 40 yılını geride bırakan bu kanlı savaşın kazanan tek tarafı hiç şüphesiz Türk Devleti’nin içinde yuvalanan devlet maskeli ‘’menfaat grupları’’ ve tabirimizle yırtıcı ve yıkıcı ırkçı fırkalar olmuştur.

Bu yırtıcı fırkalar ve ‘‘menfaat grupları’’ devlet maskesiyle on binlerce yasadışı suç işlediler ve çok büyük ekonomik vurgunlar elde ettiler. Devlet maskesiyle Kürtlere karşı işledikleri suç ve kötülüklerle Türk Devleti’nin meşruiyetini, özellikle demokratik devletlerin ve uluslararası kurumların nezdinde, ciddi düzeyde tartışma konusu haline getirdiler.

Kürtlere karşı işlenen tüm kötülüklerin ve yasa dışı işlerin altında bu menfaat gruplarının imzaları vardır. Elbette ki bu savaşın acısını en çok çekenler anneler, kadınlar, gençler, çocuklar ve göçe zorlanan milyonlarca Kürt köylüleri olmuştur. Kısaca bu savaş, hem Kürt şehirlerinde hem de Türk şehirlerinde suhuletin yerine şekavet iklimini yaratmıştır. Hâlâ sürmekte olan bu savaş, hem Türk ve hem de Kürtleri son derece huzursuz etmektedir. Yani her iki halk artık savaşın sona ermesini istiyor; eşit şartlarda ve koşullarda ikballerini barış, sevgi, kardeşlik, adalet, hukuk ve demokrasi mefküreleriyle inşa etmek istiyorlar.

Bir Kürt yazarı olarak Kürt meselesi konusunda çabalarınızı değerli buluyorum. Aynı şekilde sayın Devlet Bahçeli’nin de gayretlerini çok sevindirici buluyorum. Ayrıca dindar Kürt halkı sizi ve bilge MHP lideri Devlet Bahçeli’yi Kürt meselesinde çok cesur buluyor, destekliyor, seviyor ve değer veriyor! Öyle ki Türk siyaset tarihinde hiçbir devlet başkanı sizin gibi, Kürt meselesinde samimi ve cesur adımlar atmamıştır. Cesaretinizle, dindarlığınızla ve samimiyetinizle Kürtlerin gönül dünyasında taht kurmuş ve Atatürk’ten sonra Türklerin en büyük lideri konumundasınız.

Sevgili İslam peygamberi şöyle buyuruyor; “Ne Arap’ın Acem’e, ne Acem’in Arap’a üstünlüğü vardır. Kırmızının karaya, karanın da kırmızıya üstünlüğü yoktur. Hiçbir milletin diğerine üstünlüğü yoktur. Üstünlük ancak iyilik iledir.” Aynı şekilde Medine Sözleşmesi’ni de unutmamak ve yararlanmak lazım diye düşünüyorum. Sevgili Rabbimizin yukarıdaki ayetlerini ve peygamberimiz Hz. Muhammed’in sözünü zat-ı alinize hatırlatarak sizden şunu istirham ediyorum: Bir Türk’ün ne kadar hakkı varsa, bir Kürt’ün de aynı hakları olsun istiyoruz. Değerli Türk milletinin hangi hakları varsa, mazlum Kürt halkının da aynı haklara sahip olmasını istiyoruz.

Kürtlerin hak arama mücadelesini bu saatten sonra hiçbir güç zayıflatamaz ve engelleyemez. Çünkü dijital bir çağda yaşıyoruz. Bu dijital çağ Kürt meselesini küresel boyutlara taşıdı. Artık Kürt meselesi uluslararası bir mesele haline geldi ve öyle ki Üçüncü Dünya Savaşı’nın koşulları Türkiye ve Kürt coğrafyasının sınırlarına dayandı. Belirttiğim bu gerçeğe özellikle dikkat etmek lazım!

Bunun için de Türk devlet işleyişini değişime zorlamamız gerekiyor. Bildiğiniz gibi, bütün devletler aynı şekilde işlemezler. Hele Türkiye gibi ulusalcı ve üniter devletler hiç işlemezler. Çünkü demokratik ve Anglosaksoncu bir karaktere sahip değildirler. Üniter devletler faşisttirler; ırkçı polis-güvenlik-şiddet gücüne ve milliyetçi mahkemelere sıkı sıkıya bağlıdırlar.

Çünkü ırkçı politikacıların zihinsel olarak siyasete dengesiz başladıklarını, gücü ve egemenliği hiçbir millet ve hiçbir devletle paylaşmamak için bu amaçla siyasete atıldıklarını söyleyebilirim. Platon, “Devlet” adlı eserinde; ” bu tür siyasi insanlar çılgınlaşmak zorundadırlar, çılgınlaşmak doğalarında vardır, hiçbir kimseye güvenmezler, hayali düşman üretirler, bütün devletleri ve milletleri düşman görürler ve bu psikolojiyle daha çok güç toplarlar.” ifadelerini kullanır.
